Once we have received your loved one's ashes we will begin to craft your special piece. We always try to fulfill our orders as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 days for completion once we have received your ashes as we want to ensure we spend as much time as needed to create your piece.

Once complete we will inform you and send your special piece by Tracked and Signed For Royal Mail delivery. Delivery is £5.50 and is automatically added at check out.

Your piece will be packaged in a gift box along with a certificate of authenticity. Any of your loved one's ashes that are not included in your piece will be carefully protected and included in your delivery box unless you have requested that we keep them for any future orders.
