We hope you love your piece. Because your item is created bespoke to you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless a part of the jewellery is faulty.
 

We thoroughly check and photograph all of our orders before we package and send them. Of course if you have a concern please contact us immediately on receipt of delivery and we will do our best to address it.
