When you place your order we will send you a Shine Bright collection pack which will include a spoon and a small labelled bag that you can delicately place your loved one's ashes into. You can then send the collection pack back to us in the pre-paid envelope. We will only require a small amount of ashes for your piece. Any of your loved one's ashes that are not included will be kept safely and returned to you with your completed piece.

We carefully add a small amount of your precious ashes into a special resin which is then added to your chosen piece. This process takes place in a quiet and calm environment with the utmost respect for your loved one's ashes at all times. Please include a note when you send your ashes to us if there is a favourite piece of music that you'd like us to play or if there's any additional information you'd like us to know about your loved one whilst we craft.

We have included a colour chart on each product page that offers an example of some of our most popular colours and can be used as a guide. On placing your order, please select your preferred colour reference number and finish (transluscent or opaque) when you add your product to basket. If you would like a colour that's not included in the chart then we'd be happy tocreate something that’s totally unique to you, at no extra cost. Please tell us what you would like in the additional information box on the product page. The ashes are gently blended into your chosen colour/colours. If you would like the ashes clearly visible please also state this in the information box. If you're not sure what you'd like then please get in touch, we're always happy to help. If you're happy we are happy.

All of our solid 925 Silver pieces are hallmarked, Nickle free, and are sourced from a UK supplier. Some of our pieces are also available in 9k Solid Gold. Your order will be carefully packaged in our Shine Bright eco friendly packaging.

Once we have received your loved one's ashes we will begin to craft your special piece. We always try to fulfill our orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 days for completion once we have recieved your ashes as we want to ensure that we spend as much time as needed to create your piece. For 9k solid Gold, these pieces are made to order and can take up to 10 weeks from receipt of order. We always aim to complete your request sooner and we will contact you and give you a more precise completion date nearer the time. Once complete we will inform you and send your special piece by Royal Mail Tracked and signed for delivery. Your piece will be held in a gift box along with a certificate of authenticity and any of your loved one's ashes that are not included in your jewellery will be carefully protected and included in your delivery box.

Of course, any ashes in our care can be kept safe for you. Please let us know if you would like us to do this when you place your order an we will talk you through how we will store and keep precious ashes safe.

1 Avoid wearing your jewellery in chlorinated or salt water and around harsh chemicals. 2 Remove jewellery before showering, cleaning, and swimming. 3 Try to put Jewellery on after applying lotions, hairspray and perfumes as these substances may damage and dull the colours in your piece. 4 925 Silver and 9k Gold can tarnish over time, a gentle clean with a silver/ gold cloth will soon restore its depth and shine .
